Share & collect responses
Once your form is published, there are a few ways to get it in front of people.
Share a link
Every published form has a public link. Copy it from the Share tab and send it out however you like — email, social, chat, anywhere.
Embed on your site
Prefer it on your own website? Use the embed options:
- Inline — the form sits directly in your page
- Popup — opens in a centered overlay
- Full page — takes over the whole screen
Copy the snippet and paste it where you want the form to appear.
Watch responses come in
Open the Submissions tab to see responses as they arrive. From there you can:
- Filter and search submissions
- Export your data
- Enrich responses with company and contact data
